Shipping and Returns
Please read through the following policies before placing a order. By ordering with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- AceTradinginUS.com will process and ship out your order on the same day as long as there is no problem with your order.
- If there is any kind of condition that AceTradinginUS.com cannot process the order within the same day, our team will inform you through email/phone and reschedule your order.
- AceTradinginUS.com will send out shipping confirmation and tracking number by email after order is processed and ready to ship.
- AceTradinginUS.com ships only within the United States and unfortunately do not accept international orders.
- Due to restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
AceTradinginUS.com uses UPS as our primary shipping method. At checkout, you will be given an estimate of your shipping costs. After your order has been packed and total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the actual weight of your order, the shipping charge may be different from the previous estimate given on order.
As long as your order has not been processed and shipped out, you will still be eligible to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us by either telephone (1-800-255-5388) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To make an return or exchange for an online purchase please refer below:
- AcetradinginUS.com only accepts returns and exchanges for items with manufacturers' defects.
- If you receive damaged or manufacturer defected items, return claims must be made within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. AceTradinginUS will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.
- All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All returns must include original manufacturers' packaging, orginal labels, and/or tags.
- Customers will be responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
- To file a damage item return claim, please email or call us (1-800-255-5388) for your return authorization request. If you decide to email us, please provide the following information to email@example.com:
- Company name
- Order/Invoice number
- Style number of clothing damaged
- Quantity and color of clothing damaged
- Reason for return
NO REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds will not be available and only store credit will be issued for all returns.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be denied and shipped back to the sender.
- In some rare occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned merchandise due to customers’ error are subject to store credit only. Store credit wil be issued for the original order minus the freight charges and 10% restocking fee.
- Certain sale or closeout Items are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. These items will be marked as FINAL SALES.
